Just waking up in his car seat after Matt's game

At Matt's game last Tues night with the Colemans (Jaxon will be here in one week!!)

Jake's Great Granny Jimmy was sick when he was born and for a couple of weeks afterwards. She didn't meet him during that time since she didn't want to get him sick. Below is her meeting him for the first time! :) (She is Jeremy's dad's mother)
